Getting started
Orkest is your system of record for a gallery, a studio or a collection: artists, artworks, contacts, presentations, invoices, payments and reports in one place, connected to each other. Enter it once and use it wherever you need it.
Sign up, confirm your email, and you are in. There is no call and no demo first.
Everyone who works with you can use Orkest. Invite each person and set roles and permissions per project. Orkest has no per-seat fee.
There is no limit on artworks in your free system of record. Upload your whole inventory whenever you like.
You can upload many artworks at once with a CSV file (comma, semicolon or tab separated) or an Excel (.xlsx) file. Before anything is saved you see every row, what was skipped and why, and the import is saved only when you confirm it.
Yes, as a file. Export your list from Artlogic, or keep it in a spreadsheet, as CSV or Excel (.xlsx), and upload it. Orkest does not log in to other systems. Connecting the systems you keep is Orkest Pro work.
